  • We are seeking entry level electrical engineers for our Lake Forest, CA office.

    The main duties and responsibilities are described as follows:

    • Assist with the design of full electrical systems, including power, lighting, fire alarm, and signaling systems;

    • Assist with the design and specification of power and control systems, system layouts, load calculations, equipment sizing and selection, performing calculations of lighting systems and associated controls, and energy compliance forms.

    • Assist to prepare design and construction documents including plans and specifications

    • Perform load and voltage drop calculations in the direction of the lead engineer.

    • Knowledge about building code, standards, and regulations for both commercial and non-commercial buildings.

    • Assist to perform construction administration, submittal review, respond to Request for Information (RFI).

    • Assist to prepare, print, file plans, calculations, and documents related to the electrical design.

    Qualification, Education and experiences:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Architectural with Electrical emphasis, Construction Management with Electrical emphasis.

    • Practical experience with CAD software. Revit is a plus.

    • Previous experience in engineering firm is preferred.

    • Having a basic understanding of the technical aspects of electrical engineering and design.

    • Energetic, self-motivated, organized, and innovative.

  • We are seeking entry level Mechanical HVAC/Plumbing engineers for our Lake Forest, CA office.

    The main duties and responsibilities are described as follows:

    • Assist with the design of air and water distribution system layouts for HVAC systems, and engineering calculations at the direction of the Lead engineer.

    • Assist to perform heating/cooling load analysis of commercial and multi-family buildings.

    • Knowledgeable about the building code, standards, and regulations for both commercial and non-commercial buildings

    • Assist to perform construction administration, submittal review, respond to Request for Information (RFI).

    • Assist to Prepare, print, file plans, calculations, and documents related to the HVAC design.

    Qualification, Education and experiences:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical, Architectural with Mechanical emphasis, Construction Management with Mechanical emphasis.

We are pursuing engineering excellence with efficiency and dedication. Our main office is in Orange County, CA, and several branch offices in California and Texas.

    • Assist sales/marketing team to prepare related documents.

    • Enter client information and project information in project management system.

    • Draft fee proposals and basic service agreements from templates.

    • Email and communicate with clients to follow up on proposal statuses.

    • Prepare work authorization form based on task requests submitted from project manager.

    • Send work authorization form to client, follow up, and update the project management system when approval received from client.

    • Coordinate project schedule.

    • Call/email potential clients

    • Set and schedule meetings

    • Meet with clients or prospective clients to develop and follow up with all client leads.

    • Process credit card payment (backup)

    • Other office maintenance work arranged by supervisor.

    • Company will provide training for NetSuite project management software, and billing procedure.

    Qualities and Education Candidates Should Have:

    • Associate’s degree required. Bachelor's preferred.

    • Internship or working experience in a professional office environment is preferred, new graduates welcome

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior/Mid-Level Structural Engineers for our Lake Forest, CA office who has an exceptional track record in the design, analysis and detailing of structural systems.

    The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and be able to effectively carry out complete designs and also be able to supervise one or two entry-level engineers. Effective organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.

    Qualification/Skill Requirements:

    • Profound understanding and application of Building Codes

    • Proficient with wood, concrete and steel structure design

    • Proficient in design of vertical and lateral load resisting systems utilizing all up-to-date industry standard tools.

    • Proficiency in analysis programs – STAAD Pro, RISA, RAM, Etabsor similar

    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Structural Bridge Design Software is required. Familiar with common used construction means and methods.

    Job Duties:

    • Engineering of wood, steel and concrete structures

    • Perform on-site inspections and provide structural assessment reports of existing buildings.

    • Prepare structural plans and drawings

    • Review shop drawings

    • Quality control of production and developing technical standards of our office.

    • Supervise and educate junior engineers and technicians.

    • Interact with clients, contractors and consultants of other disciplines.

    Education / Experience:

    • Bachelor of Science in engineering degree

    • Licensed PE/ SE preferred

    • Minimum 5 years of engineering experience and project co-ordination experience required

    • Experience with complex analysis tools for Structural design.

    • Excellent analytical skills and understanding of engineering statistics, dynamics and structural load path.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
